20 MONTHS!!!

Hard to believe that The Boudreaux Trioux is now 20 months old!!! Seems like just yesterday they were turning 1 and starting to walk! Only 4 more months and we will have three two year olds on our hands! They are growing so much every day and learning new things all the time. We are so very blessed and are loving every minute of this adventure.

As most of you know, last night was a very SCARY night for all of us that live in north Alabama. We had more tornadoes around us than I have ever seen in my life! By the grace of God, we were very lucky and did not have any hit us directly. Can't say that for all the poor people in and around Tuscaloosa. Watching the thing on TV was almost surreal and really made me value my life and my family even more than I already do!

We got in our safe place in the interior of the house and had a fun little time with the Trioux cooped up in a tight place. They did pretty well. Crystal is probably going to strangle me for posting this picture, but is one of the only ones that I have.

Please pray for all the people that have been effected by all this bad weather!

Every now and then, there are moments of complete peace and tranquility in our crazy little home. This was one of those rare moments that the Trioux got along and was very loving to each other. I had just got them home from daycare and they were in great moods. I asked Kate to giver her sissy a hug and this is what happened. They spent the next 5 minutes giving each other hugs and being sweet to each other. After 5 minutes, things went back to normal and Kate was taking things from the others and Jack was trying to hit Addi in the head. At least I was able to capture these few minutes to remind myself that they truly do love each other!

"Kids" Table

Since the kids are in their high chairs, we found it only appropriate for the adults to eat in the "low" chairs!

1st Skinned Knee

My poor little Addi skinned up both her knees pretty bad. She was a trooper though and didn't cry at all! What a tough little lady!

We had such a great Easter weekend! All the grandparents were here and this Trioux loved it! I got up pretty early and made coffee (for the adults) and started to get breakfast ready for everyone. We got the Trioux up and let them rummage through the Easter swag they got. I think they had a good time playing with all the eggs and the pooping farm animals!

Last but not least, the roast beast!

For the first time that I can remember, the girls shared the front car of the wagon and did not fight at all! They actually enjoyed being pulled around together.

Could not resist these little faces! These little faces make everything seem so insignificant!

BAABELS (Kate's Version)

This was a great start to a wonderful weekend. I got off work a little early and was able to get home and cut the grass so I wouldn't have to worry about it all weekend. The kids absolutely LOVE bubbles and consequently, Papaw bought them an endless bubble machine. Needless to say, it was a HUGE hit. The Trioux had a blast running around the yard chasing bubbles. Enjoy.

Papa Keith and Grammy came in town for the Easter Weekend and the Trioux had a little fun with them before bed. They were all being so silly and having a ball!

Silly Kate-Boo

Exactly one year ago today, I was teaching Jack the ways of the Big Green Egg!

After a long weekend, I was not in the mood to cook, so Jack's it was! Kate likes to eat hers deconstructed!

Nana had such a great time watching the Trioux while we were helping Paw-Paw move. Now the entire Boudreaux Clan is in Oneonta AL. LOOKOUT BLOUNT COUNTY!

Just a little light reading while Nana cooks breakfast for the Trioux.

I wish I could take credit for this one, but I can't. My mom took this one while we were helping my dad move.

WHAT A DIVA! Love my little Kate-Boo!

It has been so beautiful this week that we couldn't resist letting the Trioux get out and enjoy. Just a few random pictures I took. Enjoy. Oh and BTW, I AM NOW CAUGHT UP!!!!

Looks like something you would see at the circus. I think we need more cars! My future Auburn Fullback
